Standard Shipping (DHL)
Have your order delivered to an address of your choice with DHL. The cost for this delivery is €9.50 (excl. VAT). If your order value exceeds €250.00 (excl. VAT), shipping is free!

Pickup at a DHL ServicePoint
Have your order delivered to a DHL ServicePoint near you. This allows you to pick up your order at a time that suits you best.

Pickup in Enschede
Pick up your order for free at a time that works best for you. The opening hours and address details of our pickup location can be found on the contact page. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Returns

Cooling-off Period
If you are not satisfied with an item from your order, you can return it within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be unused and undamaged. Custom-made or printed items cannot be returned.

Return policy
If the purchased item does not meet your expectations or you are not satisfied with it, you can return it. The following conditions apply:

  • Within 14 days after receiving the goods
  • The items must be complete, unused, and undamaged.
  • The items are not custom-made or contain custom printing.

Send an email to sales@buttons.nl with your order number and the items you wish to return. You will receive return instructions via email within 24 hours.

Conscious Buying
We often don’t realize it, but returning packages has a significant impact on the environment. The environment does not benefit from the CO2 emissions of return logistics, waste, and the growing pile of waste. Buttonboss wants to minimize the impact of returning goods, and we need your help for that! Therefore, we ask our customers to cover the return costs. We hope that this contribution encourages our customers to make more mindful purchases, reducing the need for returns. Together, we can take positive steps towards a more sustainable industry!

Return Processing
From the moment you drop off your return with a carrier of your choice, it may take a few business days before we receive and process your return in our warehouse. Upon receipt, every returned order will be checked. If your return is undamaged, unused, and within the return period, we will send you an email and instruct the relevant bank or credit card issuer to refund the full purchase amount.

Refund
You will receive the full purchase amount (including shipping costs if you return the entire order) as soon as possible. This usually happens within 5 business days, but no later than 14 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take up to 3 business days for the amount to appear back on your credit card or bank account. If you paid with Klarna, the returned items will be deducted from your invoice and refunded with the mention of Klarna.
