How can I pay?

What is the delivery time?
The standard delivery time is one to two working days after receipt of your order and payment.
Can I track my package?
Yes, after ordering, you will receive a Track & Trace code to track your package.
Do you charge shipping costs?
For orders of €250,00 or more, we do not charge shipping costs within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For orders below €250,00, shipping costs are €9,50.
Starter kits
Does a starter kit include everything I need to make buttons?
Yes, a starter kit contains all the necessary materials to make buttons. You only need to print your design, which you can cut out with the included circle cutter. In our webshop, all the different starter kits indicate what is included. If you need a different button backing, you can add it to your order.
What type of paper should I use for printing?
Standard paper between 80 and 120 grams gives the best results.
Is there software available for creating print layouts?
Yes, you can use our free online Buttonmaker tool. Click on ‘Buttonmaker’ at the top right of our website to access it. It is an independent tool with its own login credentials.
Button machines
Can the 500-machine make multiple button sizes?
No, the 500-machine is designed for a single button size, which you choose when purchasing the machine. The 700-machine, however, has interchangeable dies and can produce multiple button sizes.
Which buttons can I make with the 150-machine?
The 150-machine can produce 56mm buttons with a pin, magnet, or clip. For buttons with a mirror or bottle opener, you will need a 500-machine or 700-machine.
What is the difference between the 150-machine and the 500-machine?
The main difference is speed. The 500-machine allows you to produce more buttons in the same amount of time. The 150-machine can make about 150 buttons per hour, whereas the 500-machine can produce around 500 per hour.
What is the most popular button size?
The 56mm button, often with a pin backing, is the most popular.

Does a button part set include the protective foil?
Yes, each set includes the top shell, back with inserted pin (or other closure), and the mylar (protective foil).
What is the most popular button closure?
The pin backing, especially in 56mm, is the most commonly used.
Can I order 100 sets of button parts?
No, the minimum order quantity is 250 sets.
What type of paper should I use for printing?

Can I cut all button sizes with the plastic circle cutter?
No, the plastic circle cutter is only suitable for 56mm and 75mm designs. For other sizes, you need the metal circle cutter.
Which sizes can I cut with the metal circle cutter?
The metal circle cutter can cut designs in 25mm, 31mm, 37mm, 50mm, 56mm, and 75mm sizes.
Can I order replacement blades for the metal circle cutter?
Yes, replacement blades are available. Tip: The blades last much longer when used on green cutting mats.

What is the most sold button size and closure type?
The most sold button is the 56mm with a pin closure.
What is the minimum order quantity for buttons?
The minimum order quantity is 25 buttons.
How can I submit my design?
You can upload your design during checkout or create one directly on our website. We also offer a design service for €25.00, which is free for orders of 500 buttons or more.
Can you create a design for me?
Yes! Our design service can create a custom button design for €25.00, or free for orders of 500+ buttons. Simply select this option during checkout.
What file format should I submit?
Preferably a vector file in .EPS, .AI, or .PDF format.
Do you send a proof before production?
No, we proceed with production based on the submitted artwork. However, if you use our design service, you will receive a proof for approval.
Can I combine multiple designs in one order?
Yes, you can combine up to 10 different designs in a single order without affecting the price. For example, you can order 1,000 buttons with 10 different logos or texts.
Which buttons are best for children?
The 37mm and 56mm pin buttons are most suitable for children. These buttons do not have loose parts, and once pinned, they are relatively safe, as the pin is double-secured to prevent accidental pricks.
