Buttonboss B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Digital Newsletters
We use Mailcamp B.V., a third party that handles the distribution of our newsletters. Mailcamp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every newsletter, you will find an ‘unsubscribe’ link. Clicking this link will prevent you from receiving further newsletters. Mailcamp securely stores your personal data and uses cookies and other internet technologies to track whether emails are opened and read. Mailcamp reserves the right to use your data to improve its services and may share this information with third parties as part of this process.
Access, Modify, or Delete Personal Data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Buttonboss B.V. Furthermore, you have the right to data portability, meaning you can request that we send the personal data we hold about you to yourself or another organization. To submit a request for access, correction, deletion, or data transfer, or to request withdrawal of consent or objection to data processing, please send an email to nina@promocorp.com
To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days.
Buttonboss B.V. also wants to inform you that you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
